No. Month-to-month on all plans. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice. We keep clients because the product works.
What happens if I go over my included minutes?+
Overage minutes are billed at standard rates: $0.20/min to landline, $0.25/min to mobile, $0.40/min to 1300/13 numbers. We'll let you know if you're tracking towards an overage.
Are prices GST inclusive?+
All prices shown are ex-GST. GST of 10% applies to Australian invoices.
Can I add more numbers beyond my plan?+
Yes. Additional numbers are $20/month each, regardless of type. Just let Albert know.
How is demand reactivation priced?+
Demand reactivation is priced on leads processed per month. The AI qualifies your database and decides which leads are ready to receive outreach. You only pay for what goes through the pipeline, not your total database size.
What about letterbox distribution pricing?+
